Kicking butt!

Virginia Run Sprint Triathlon: Centreville (250m pool swim, 12 mile bike, 5k run) 5/10/09 - Dave Jones placed 1st in his age-group (8th overall out of 188 male participants), finishing in a time of 58:05.

Columbia Olympic Triathlon: Centennial Lake, Ellicott City, Maryland 5/17/2009 (1.5k Swim - 41k Bike - 10k Run) - Dave Jones finished 21st (out of 222) in his age-group and 124th overall (out of 1052 men) in a time of 2:25:35. This was a large race with a Pro field and over 1500 participants.
